The collar which surrounds the berley bucket has no pre drilled holes, so use it as a template for your cut out, then place your bucket through the cut out, make sure your berley bucket reaches your water level, drill 3 fixing holes and bolt it up with the supplied stainless steel bolts, washer and nylocks, simple as 1,2,3!
